Know the Basics Before You Submit
You retain ownership of your work unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Any rights granted to XATITI are defined in the applicable written agreement.
You must own or have permission to use the content, music, footage, images, and other materials you submit.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance or distribution.
Placement, promotion, monetization, and agreement length may vary by project.
Final terms are reviewed before an agreement is signed.

Know the Basics Before You Submit
XATITI Network LLC is building opportunities for independent creators, filmmakers, producers, podcasters, artists, musicians, storytellers, and other creators to submit work for consideration within the XATITI ecosystem and XATITI TV.
Submitting an application or project does not automatically create a distribution agreement, partnership, employment relationship, or guarantee of acceptance.
1. You Keep Ownership
You retain ownership of your original work unless you later enter into a separate written agreement that specifically states otherwise.
Submitting content for review does not transfer ownership of your project to XATITI.
2. XATITI May Review Your Submission
By submitting your work, you give XATITI permission to review the materials you provide for possible programming, collaboration, promotion, distribution, or other opportunities.
Review permission is not the same as granting XATITI streaming or distribution rights.
3. Distribution Rights Require an Agreement
If XATITI wants to distribute, stream, promote, license, or otherwise use your project beyond the review process, the applicable rights will be defined in a separate written agreement.
That agreement may address items such as:
distribution rights
territory
platform placement
term length
promotional use
exclusivity or non-exclusivity
monetization
creator earnings
renewal or termination
Terms may vary by creator and project.
4. You Must Have the Rights to What You Submit
You are responsible for making sure you own or have permission to use the material contained in your submission, including when applicable:
video footage
photographs
music
sound recordings
artwork
logos
scripts
performances
interviews
third-party clips
trademarks
other copyrighted material
Do not submit material you know you do not have the right to share or authorize for review.
5. Submission Does Not Guarantee Acceptance
XATITI may accept, decline, hold, request changes to, or continue reviewing a submission.
Submission does not guarantee:
placement on XATITI TV
promotion
payment
creator earnings
sponsorship
advertising
partnership
distribution
production funding
employment
6. Compensation Is Not Automatic
Payment or creator earnings are only available when specifically offered and agreed to under the applicable program or written agreement.
Do not assume that submitting content creates an automatic right to payment.
7. XATITI May Request Additional Information
Before approving a project, XATITI may request additional information such as:
ownership documentation
music licensing information
releases
captions
artwork
metadata
age/content ratings
production credits
distribution history
proof of permissions
This helps protect both the creator and XATITI.
8. Creators Are Expected to Provide Accurate Information
Information submitted to XATITI should be truthful and reasonably complete.
Providing false ownership claims, misleading project information, or inaccurate rights information may result in the submission being rejected or removed from consideration.
9. Promotion and Placement May Vary
If a project is accepted, promotional support, placement, visibility, marketing, and platform positioning may vary by project.
XATITI does not guarantee specific audience numbers, views, revenue, exposure, or performance.
10. Creator Participation May Matter
Some opportunities may work best when creators actively participate in promotion, interviews, social media, updates, community engagement, or other agreed activities.
Specific expectations will be discussed before entering an agreement.
11. Privacy and Sensitive Information
Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, private account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the creator application or project submission form.
XATITI may request appropriate business/payment information later if a creator relationship is formally established.
12. Final Terms Come Before Distribution
If XATITI selects a creator or project for a formal opportunity, the applicable terms should be reviewed before a final agreement is signed.
Creators should read any agreement carefully and may seek independent legal advice before signing.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Creator Terms Preview is provided to explain XATITI's general submission and review process. It is not itself a distribution license, employment agreement, partnership agreement, or guarantee of acceptance. Final rights, responsibilities, compensation, and distribution terms are established only through the applicable written agreement between XATITI Network LLC and the creator or rights holder.
